We plan to begin supplying a range of specialist medicinal and culinary herbs from Milltown Farm over the coming year. We have a polytunnel and growing area full of test beds - lavender, calendula, borage, sage, elecampane, yarrow, mugwort, mullein, meadowsweet, madder... There are also plants growing for textile dyeing and we will be experimenting with them at harvest time.
